Previewer objects were not destroyed¶

The Windows previewer objects (cDRDesktopPreview, cDRPreview, and cDRToolPanelPreview) were no longer destroyed or re-used since the introduction of the group tree support in DataFlex Reports. This led to a growing number of objects that were never used anymore. This issue has been resolved.
