Barcode Support

DataFlex Reports can print or display a value as a barcode using the ZINT barcode library. Almost all objects and fields can be flagged as barcode objects. Excluded from being a barcode are images, crosstabs, and charts. Typical fields that are candidates for a barcode representation include database fields, functions, parameters, and static textboxes.

Right-click the field or object that should be presented as a barcode and select the option "barcode" from the floating menu.

Once a field is flagged as a barcode, the field properties dialog contains a barcode tab-page.
