Unable to provide cache file name¶

This is an error that can occur at the integration level.

When the output of the report needs to be written to disk before it can be transferred to the client (e.g., a PDF), the cDRReport class generates the name of the temporary file. The method ReportCacheFileName generates this error when it cannot provide a file name. This method is called from: ExportReportToDownloadURL and GenerateReport.

The error is given when the constructed filename equals an empty string. This can happen when:

• Generating a UUID fails (most unlikely)
• ReportsCacheFolder returns an empty string as folder name
• ReportsFolder returns an empty string as folder name
