Preview Explorer¶

The Preview Explorer is by default visible and docked at the right-hand side of the main window. If it is not present, it can be opened from the 'View' menu or the button from the button bar. The Preview Explorer shows a 'list' of all groups defined in the report when the preview tab for a report is opened. The tree view displays the value returned by the group name field for a group. This can be changed via the group expert.

The values can be sorted alphabetically or displayed in the group sort order.

Clicking a group node lets the previewer scroll to the group in the report. This can be on the current/same page or at a different page.
