ESC in a cDRDesktopPreview panel closes preview and invoking view¶

Previously, pressing the ESC key in the Desktop (pePreviewStyle property set to C_DRPREVIEW_DESKTOPVIEW) and Toolpanel (pePreviewStyle property set to C_DRPREVIEW_TOOLPANEL) preview panels would close both the report preview and the invoking view. This issue has now been resolved by setting scope_state to true in the respective panels.
