Switching group tree location in a preview window may cause a GPF¶

The option to show or move the location of a group tree in a Windows previewer (cDRPreview, cDRToolPanelPreview, cDRDesktopPreview, and DRModalPreview.dg) in combination with clicking the export report button causes a GPF to occur. This problem has been fixed.
