Added two tool-bar buttons in the Windows previewers to easier zoom in or out¶

The content of the Windows previewers (cDRPreview, cDRDesktopPreview, cDRToolPanelPreview, DRModalPreview.dg and when cDRReport operates as a previewer) could always be zoomed in or out with the Ctrl+MouseWheel combination and a drop-down control where one can select one of the logical preview factors. On customer request, this tool-bar has now been extended with two buttons to make zooming in or out easier.

Important! To show the two new icons in the tool-bars, either manually add the "Zoom in.ico" and "Zoom out.ico" to the embedded images or click the scan for images button in the project properties.
