Insert Menu - Summary

The option is only available if one field is selected in the designer. After choosing the option, the Insert Summary dialog box opens. No summary field will be inserted in the report layout if the operation is cancelled.

Summary formatting can be done via the field properties dialog (floating menu and format menu).

Notes

  • Summaries can also be created via a function using the Sum() function.
