Preview report on left monitor flicker too much¶

When you preview a report while the DataFlex Reports Studio is shown on a monitor located to the left of the main display, it starts to flicker when hovering over the output. This misbehavior is new to Windows 11 and occurs only for monitors positioned to the left of the main display.
