cDRCurrentPageMenuItem class used incorrect Style constant

The cDRCurrentPageMenuItem class can either display the pages with a set of spin buttons or a comboform. In the case that the combo is used:

  • This is controlled via piPageMaxCombo
  • The caption value should not be displayed. The wrong style constant was used.
