Improve / enhance error message when no contact to server¶

What is new - 8.1¶

An internet connection is needed during the first start of DataFlex Reports to initialize the evaluation period. In some networks, there is an internet connection, but the firewall blocks access to certain regions or websites. This possibility is now added to the error string to provide a hint in that direction.
