Excel native type should not be general

What is new - 8.1

Exporting to Excel using Native data types, a value of 10.00 was shown as 10 in Excel. It turns out the cell was not formatted as numeric but general.

Now DR attempts to format numbers better based on their values. Integers are exported without decimals; for example, 1 is shown as 1. Numbers, such as prices, are exported with decimal separators; for example, 384.00 shows as 384.00 or 384,00 (depending on regional decimal separators).
