Disable text rotation pulldown when function has been defined¶

When you use the function to specify the degrees for text rotation, you will notice that the drop-down box becomes disabled. This is the expected behavior. However, after clicking OK and reopening the field properties, the drop-down box is enabled again even though a function is still present.
