Method to set Report Locale and Language¶

What is new - 8.0¶

A new method named SetReportLocaleAndLanguage to lookup the Locale Identifier from a language string (e.g. en-US or nl-NL) and assign this to the piReportLanguage and a self-chosen parameter.
