Zoom percentage combo in Windows preview incorrect¶

When starting the preview for a second time on the same report, the combo box used to select a zoom percentage always displayed 100%, even though the preview might use a different zoom factor.

The cDRZoomMenuItem class now checks the piPreviewZoom value of the report and finds the corresponding combo item.
