Create BIGINT columns for large NUM columns in new RDS reports¶

DataFlex Reports v7 introduced support for big integer values, with a cutoff length of 11 digits. When creating an RDS-based report using the integration wizard, a NUM 12.0 or 14.0 column defined in the database was not stored as bigint in the RDS definition, resulting in truncation.
