Options ‘Repeat Group Header’ and ‘Print next section on same page’ are ignored¶

If your report contains a group and within that group you have multiple detail sections, and one of those sections contains nothing but a sub-report, if the section with the sub-report is the first section that would require a new page, then the "Repeat group header on new page" and "Print next section on same page" properties were NOT honoured.
