Exclude page footer in calculation¶

What is new - 5.0¶

A new section option named "Exclude from start of page footer" is added for page footer sections.

To calculate the height of the page area that can be used for group and detail sections, the page size minus the height of header and page footer section(s) is being calculated. Page header sections can be dynamically suppressed or repeated, while page footer sections are static in size. In versions prior to 5.0, all page footer section heights were added together regardless of whether a page footer was suppressed. In version 5 and beyond, the report designer can select which page footer sections should be excluded from the height calculation. Ensure that the total height of the included footer sections is sufficient to print all non-suppressed footer sections.
