Gradients¶

What is new - 3.0¶

Gradients are an enhancement that helps you to make your reports look nicer. That's all. To be compatible with modern browsers, only the Vertical and Horizontal options are possible with Gradients in Visual Report Writer.

An example below shows the (subtle) difference. The box on the left side is a regular box. On the right side, the box has rounded corners, a thin highlight, and it makes use of a vertical Gradient from light to darker blue:

Find this feature in the box tab-page of the field properties or in any other object that supports gradient coloring.
