With DataFlex, changing from one type of database to another is really easy. It is therefore not surprising that developers are programming on one database and then possibly deploying on different types of databases. With Visual Report Writer, it’s now just as easy to switch the connection from one type of database to another. If the database structures between the two databases are different, fields from one to the other can be “mapped” as accustomed to in the existing Check Database logic.
