Incorrect tooltip shown when moving an object in the report explorer¶

We've resolved a minor display issue in the report explorer. Previously, the tooltips for the "move selected object forward" and "move selected object backward" functions were swapped. This has now been corrected, and the label and tooltips accurately reflect their respective actions.
