If pbHasErrors is true OpenReport should not continue¶

What is new - 25.1¶

During OpenReport, the pbHasErrors property is checked. The outcome of this property should determine whether to stop further opening of the report or to continue; however, it previously did the opposite. This behavior has now been corrected.
