Field Properties - Position Tab - Horizontal Position¶

The input control allows specifying the horizontal position of the object/field. Enter a value in either Inches or Centimeters depending on the local settings.

The value is internally stored in TWIPS. Due to rounding, the stored and later displayed value might differ slightly from the entered value but will usually go unnoticed in the output.

The function button on the right-hand side can be used to dynamically change the position of the object. Make use of the UnitCm, UnitInch, or UnitPt functions as the value must be in TWIPS.
