Filelist Explorer
Filelist Explorer allows you to edit the Filelist used by the current workspace.
The dialog lists all of the existing Filelist entries in the workspace. The Toolbar and context menus have the same options available:

Add Existing Table...
This option opens the Add Existing Table dialog to add a pre-existing database table to the current workspace's registry of database tables (the FileList). This will also create an up-to-date .FD file for the table.
Normally, you will not need to do this. Tables are added to the FileList automatically when they are created in the Studio or when you connect to an existing table in an SQL database.
Remove Table...
This option allows you to remove a table from the Filelist. This does not delete the table or the data contained within it. Instead, it will remove the table's entry from the workspace's registry file (Filelist.cfg).
Use Database > Remove Table... to remove a Filelist entry and its associated table from the workspace.
Edit Filelist Entry...
This option opens the Edit Filelist Entry dialog, which allows you to directly edit the Filelist entry. This option is also activated by double-clicking on a Filelist entry in the Filelist Explorer list.
Move Filelist Entry...
This option opens the Move Filelist Entry dialog, which allows you to directly edit the Filelist entry.
