View Menu
If the current tab window is a Code Editor, then the menu item will open a Designer view to that file in a new tab window. Note: if the file is a data dictionary (.DD) file, then a Data Dictionary Modeler view is opened instead.
If the current tab window is a Designer view (or a Data Dictionary Modeler), then a Code Editor to that file is opened in a new tab window.
This splits the file into two separate tabs: a Code Editor and a Designer view.
