Editing an Isolated Command Bar System in a Separate File

Normally, a command bar system is represented as a child object of some main panel or other visual component. This provides WYSIWYG modeling of the menus, toolbars, and status bar in the context of the panel it belongs to.

The Visual Designer also supports modeling of a command bar system object and its child menus, toolbars, and status bar in a separate file isolated from its host panel.
