Locking Objects
The Mouse Drag lock feature prevents objects from accidentally being moved with the mouse or the keyboard. A component's drag lock status is indicated in the Studio's Statusbar.
Mouse Drag Lock is toggled for the current component by selecting the Visual Designer’s context menu option “Drag Lock”, by pressing the Ctrl/L key, or by clicking the drag lock symbol in the Statusbar.
If you set the drag lock status for a component, it will be remembered the next time you open that component in the Studio.
Note: Menu and toolbar objects are positioned relative to their object declaration order and object nesting. Since they are not located via screen coordinates like most visual objects, they are not affected by the Designer's Drag Lock feature and can still be moved relative to each other by dragging and dropping.
