Arrange Objects

The Arrange Objects panel is used to manipulate the size or position of multiple objects in the Visual Designer relative to each other.

Resizing Objects

  1. Select one or more objects in the Visual Designer that you wish to change.
  2. Select the "Active" checkbox in the Resize group.
  3. Enter the number of dialog units that you wish to change in the height (Y) or width (X) dimensions.
  4. Click the apply button to change the object(s) sizes accordingly.

Note: If you do not enter a value into one of the X or Y dimensions, that dimension is left unchanged.

Moving Objects

  1. Select two or more objects in the Visual Designer that you wish to change.
  2. Select the "Active" checkbox in the Distance group.
  3. Enter the number of dialog units that you wish to change in the top/bottom (Y) or left/right (X) dimensions.
  4. Click the apply button to change the object distances relative to each other.

Note: If you do not enter a value into one of the X or Y dimensions, that dimension is left unchanged.

Recommendation: It is advised to activate only the Resize or the Distance group at a time instead of attempting to change both Distance and Size together.
