DFBTR_DDF_Owner

Purpose

Set the owner name for DDF tables.

Syntax

DFBTR_DDF_OWNER Password

What It Does

This command can be used to supply the password needed to open DDF tables that have Database Security enabled. Pervasive.SQL 8.5 introduced secure database mode. Prior to that version, it was possible to enable a form of database security, which would add an owner name to the DDF tables used by Pervasive.SQL as a meta database. This security mechanism is only applicable in pre-8.5 versions of Pervasive.SQL.
