RichText Toolbar

This band contains the toolbar with the buttons that function for a cdbRichEdit control. You need to turn ON the option to use RichEdit controls, and the focus must be on a RTF control before any of the buttons will be active. The buttons are:

Bold

Set the currently selected text – or the text from now on – in bold style.

Italics

Set the currently selected text – or the text from now on – in italics style.

Underline

Set the currently selected text – or the text from now on – in underlined style.

Align Right

Align the currently selected text (paragraph) to the right.

Align Center

Center the currently selected text (paragraph).

Align Left

Align the currently selected text (paragraph) to the left.

Bullets

Apply bullets to the text. The arrow on the right of the button shows a popup menu where you can make a selection from the available bullet types.

Numbering

Apply numbering to the text. The arrow on the right of the button shows a popup menu where you can make a selection from the available numbering types.

Undo

Undo the last change made.

Redo

Redo the last undone action.

Strikeout

Set the currently selected text to appear strikethrough.

Subscript

Set the selected text style to subscript. The text will be moved down to the baseline.

Superscript

Set the selected text style to superscript. The text will be moved up from the baseline.

Outdent

Outdent the selected text or paragraph.

Indent

Indent the selected text or paragraph.

Find In Text

This button pops up a dialog in which you can enter a word or text fragment to search for in the edit control.

Find And Replace

This button pops up a dialog in which you can enter a word or text fragment to search for in the edit control, and when found, you can replace it with another word or text fragment.

Color

This button pops up a color selector dialog. The selected color will be used to color the selected text fragment in the edit control. The arrow to the right of the button will pop up a menu in which a number of default colors are shown, enabling faster color setting.

Font Selector

This button pops up a font selector dialog. The selected font (typeface and other settings) will be applied to the selected text fragment in the edit control.
