Disable a Web Application

You can temporarily disable access to a specific web application. This is useful if you need to update certain components of your web application but do not want to interfere with or stop other web applications from running on your system.

Disabling the Web Application

1. Right-click the web application you want to temporarily disable.
2. Select Stop Web Application.
3. Alternatively, you can select Stop Web Application from the File menu.

Enabling the Web Application

To enable the application:

1. Right-click the web application.
2. Select Start Web Application or Restart Web Application.
3. These options can also be found in the File menu.
