Clearing Data
To clear data from a table, choose Erase... from the Filelist pull-down menu. Select the tables to clear, then press the Erase button to clear them.
Use this option when you want to delete all the data in the selected tables. This could be useful when you want to remove sample data and bring the system up under actual conditions, or when an end-of-period emptying of a table is necessary. This is a powerful command, and you will be asked to confirm that you actually want to erase the data in the table before it executes. After the data has been erased, the empty table remains.
