Studio Workspace Migration - External Paths
This page will only be displayed if you use external directories (i.e., directories that are not located under the workspace root directory) in the .WS file of the workspace you are migrating.
You should not share external directories among different revisions of DataFlex, as the files in those directories may contain code incompatible with some revisions.
On this page, you will have the option to:

Continue using current directory.
This option will instruct the wizard to not modify the reference to this directory; just keep it in the .WS file the way it is. -
Use the following directory in the migrated workspace.
If you would like to use a different directory in the migrated workspace, you may choose this option, and the wizard will replace the reference to the current directory in the .WS file with the directory you select here. -
Remove this directory from the migrated workspace.
You may also decide to remove the reference to the directory from the migrated workspace completely. If you would like the wizard to do that, select this option.
