Code List Report

The purpose of this report view is to let you enter your desired output for the report. By default, a report of codes (grouped per type) is sent to the screen. You can also select output to a printer directly. From the screen report, you can print, but you cannot select a printer anymore. Selecting the printer and the paper format is done via the button labeled Printer Setup.

Report Layout

The report layout is as follows:

  • Page Top Section: Contains the date, page number, and report title.

  • Header Section: Displays the codetype table information. The comments column data only prints the first line. The codes are printed in ascending alphabetical order.

  • Detail Section: Displays the codemast table information. The code and the description are printed in a columnar report. The codes are printed in ascending alphabetical order.
