Workspace Changes

With the new 12.0 release, we have made a number of workspace changes:

• Introduction of a new Studio Workspace (SWS) file.
• Studio workspace related settings (like subclasses) are moved from the registry to the SWS file.
• Central list of registered workspaces (workspaces.ini) is no longer used.
