Occurs when the time line slider has changed size or position. (Track Control)

Remarks

SliderChanged occurs when the time line slider has changed size or position.

The TimeLineMax and TimeLineMin properties can be compared to the current ViewPortMax and ViewPortMin properties to determine the current viewing area.
