Data provider creation flags.

| xtpCalendarDPFUnknown | Zero value flag that specifies to do nothing except attempt to add a new data provider to the data providers collection using the specified connection string. |
| xtpCalendarDPF_CreateIfNotExists | Calls the DataProvider Create method of the data provider if the DataProvider Open method returns False. |
| xtpCalendarDPF_SaveOnDestroy | Calls the DataProvider Save method of the data provider when the Resource Manager is destroyed. |
| xtpCalendarDPF_CloseOnDestroy | Calls the DataProvider Close method of the data provider when the Resource Manager is destroyed. |
Remarks
The AddDataProvider method uses the CalendarResourcesManagerDataProviderFlags to control what the data provider does when creating/opening and destroying/closing when adding a data provider.
