Create Method
Description
Creates a new empty data storage object to store the events.
Syntax
Public Function Create() As Boolean
Return Type
True if successful. False otherwise.
Remarks
The SetDataProvider method must be called before Create.
An empty data storage object is created with the necessary structure to store the event. The type of storage created depends on what type (XML file, Binary, or Database) was specified when the SetDataProvider method was called. It is opened by default after creation, so the Open method does not need to be called.
