Description

Set psTooltip to display a tooltip when the mouse is hovered over the control.

When used in the cWebColumn, cWebColumnButton, cWebColumnCheckbox, cWebColumnCombo, cWebColumnDate, cWebColumnImage and cWebColumnLink classes, the tool tip is only displayed in the column header. When data bound, the table columns in the row show the databese value as their tooltip by default. This can be overridden by implementing OnDefineTooltip on the column object.

If the control has a data binding (Entry_Item), then the tooltip will be automatically assigned to the corresponding DataDictionary's Status_Help setting. You may explicitly set psTooltip in your object to override the data dictionary setting.

About Web Properties

Each web property maintains two values: The regular property value is set during object creation and should not be changed during the lifetime of that object. To access that value, use the standard property Get and Set syntax.

The web property value is the local value stored at each client. This is synchronized to the client's local value whenever a server call is being processed. To access the web property value, use the WebGet and WebSet syntax above instead of the standard Get and Set syntax.
