Handles most of the drawing activities for colorizing the SyntaxEdit control.

Remarks

Allows the BackColor and TextColor of the editor to be set, the LineNumberBackColor and LineNumberTextColor to be set, background color of ReadOnly text, and selected texts TextColor and BackColor.
