Text is the text that is currently selected.

You can also change the selected text by setting a value to Text. All the text in the current selection will get replaced with the string value that is set. For example, if the selected text was "This is only a test" and you set Text to "Hello", the entire selected text will get replaced with "Hello" and the line will be automatically adjusted to the new length string.

You can set the Start and End properties to define the selection (to highlight part of text). If Start == End, then the selection is empty.
