Gets or sets the column position counting the tab character as only 1 position.

Remarks
The column position has two measurements (due to tab characters): - One for the actual string - One for what is seen on the display
For example, if you insert a tab character in the first position, the string position after the tab character is 2 (1 + 1), but the display position is 5 (1 + TabSize).
By default, the display position is used.
StrPos means the string coordinates (starting from 0), so tab characters are only treated as 1 position.
