Gets/Sets a Boolean value indicating whether the built-in help panel is visible.

Remarks

If True, a Help Box/Panel is displayed at the bottom of the PropertyGrid that shows the Caption and Description of a PropertyGridItem when the item has focus. This is where you can display helpful information or instructions about an item.
