RequestEdit Event

Description

Occurs when an item/cell enters edit mode.

Syntax

    ByVal Row As GridRow, _
    ByVal Column As GridColumn, _
    ByVal Item As GridRecordItem, _
    ByRef Cancel As Boolean _
)

Parameters

• Row
  The GridRow that contains the GridRecordItem that has entered edit mode.

• Column
  The GridColumn that contains the GridRecordItem that has entered edit mode.

• Item
  The GridRecordItem that has entered edit mode.

• Cancel
  Set to True to cancel the edit request.

Remarks

The RequestEdit event occurs when an editable item enters edit mode or when an item with a checkbox is checked/unchecked.
