IsEmpty Property
Description
Returns whether the pane container is empty.

Remarks
To be empty means that the container does not contain any panes. Returns True if all containers and all child containers don't have any "real" panes.
For example, a Tabbed container can be empty if a pane becomes floating. The TabbedContainer isn't deleted and is saved to allow the floating pane to find where it must be docked if the user double-clicks it.
All containers can be empty.
