Description

Gets or sets the locale that will be used to format numbers.

Returns the active locale used to format numbers.

Remarks

This uses the locale ID for specifying languages. For example, English - United States is 1033, German - Germany is 1031, etc. This value is used to specify how to treat decimal places and the currency symbol.
