Gets/sets the minimum size a bubble can be.

The minimum size a bubble can be.
Remarks
The largest "bubble" in the series will be the size of MaxSize. The smallest "bubble" will be the size of MinSize. All other "bubble" sizes will be relative to the sizes given for MaxSize and MinSize.
