Hides or shows the Date Picker Control's "Today" button.

Remarks
Pressing the "Today" button selects the current date and scrolls the Date Picker if necessary to ensure the current date is visible. This will highlight the date with a different color background.
If the HighlightToday property is True, a focus rectangle will always be drawn around the current date and scrolls the Date Picker if necessary to ensure the current date is visible. This only draws an empty rectangle around the "Today" date; pressing the "Today" button actually highlights the date with a different color background inside the focus rectangle.
The ShowTodayButton property is used to hide or show the Date Picker Control's "Today" button.
The text of the "Today" button can be changed with the TextTodayButton property.
