Remarks
When the HighlightToday property is True, a focus rectangle is always drawn around the current date and scrolls the Date Picker if necessary to ensure the current date is visible. This only draws an empty rectangle around the "Today" date. Pressing the today button actually highlights the date with a different color background inside the focus rectangle.
