Retrieves the start date of the block of selected days.

Remarks

The DatePickerSelectionBlock object holds the start date and end date of a single continuous block of selected days. The blocks collection can contain one or more DatePickerSelectionBlock objects that represent all of the currently selected days in the Date Picker control.
